Mitsubishi Eclipse Parts - Mitsubishi Parts Catalog - Discount Prices
The first generation Mitsubishi Eclipse was sold as an entry- to mid-level four-cylinder sports coupe. Four trim levels were available: the bottom three were FWD and the very top was AWD. The top FWD and the AWD model were equipped with turbocharged engines. Although the car underwent minor changes throughout its production, 1993-and-later models have updated sheetmetal and are easily distunguishable from previous vehicles. The Eclipse was revised into a new vehicle for 1995 (described below in the 2G section). The Eclipse was available in four trim levels during its first-generation production run. AWD models were not available until halfway through the first model year. These models varied significantly in drivetrains, available options, and-to an extent-appeareance.
Amazon.co.uk: The Fast and the Furious [2001]: DVD
A guilty pleasure with excess horsepower, The Fast and the Furious efficiently combines time-honoured male fantasies (hot cars, hot women, hot action) into a vacuous plot of crystalline purity. It's trash, but it's fun trash, in which a hotshot Los Angeles cop named Brian (Paul Walker) infiltrates a gang of street racers suspected of fencing stolen goods from hijacked trucks. The gang leader is Dom (Vin Diesel), ex-con and reigning king of the street racers, who lives for those 10 seconds of freedom when his high-performance "rice rocket" (a highly modified Asian import) hurtles toward another quarter-mile victory. Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and a rounded of cast of racers, girls and cops - the perfect action movie cocktail. When "The Fast And The Furious" made its debut in 2001 it made every adrenaline junkie wanting high speeds, stunts and action wish come true.

Variety.com - Reviews - The Fast and the Furious
"The Fast and the Furious""The Fast And The Furious" has nothing to do with the 1954 Roger CormanRoger Corman production of the same name, but it's a picture that would have done the B movie meister proud in any era. A gritty and gratifying cheap thrill, Rob CohenRob Cohen's high-octane hot-car mellermeller is a true rarity these days, a really good exploitationer, the sort of thing that would rule at drive-ins if they still existed. Like solid, unpretentious Westerns did in a previous era, this story of speed-crazy grown-up kids trades shrewdly on many long-established movie conventions: Primal passions, elemental rivalries, testosterone-charged confrontations, youthful male preoccupation with top dog status, iconic posturing and behavior and the sheer excitement of action.

2004 Dodge SRT-4 - Test drive and new car review - 2004 Dodge SRT-4
Once upon a time in America, V-8s ruled. They thundered down back roads, moonshine in their trunks, or raced stoplight to stoplight along Biscayne Boulevard. They spawned NASCAR and young people bought flathead Fords and Mopar Hemis and big-block Chevys. The Hemi found its way into Cudas and Chargers and Road Runners and Challengers, then on to drag strips and the winner's circle at the high banks of Talledaga. But a funny thing happened not long ago. Young drivers decided small cars were cooler. They decided it was more challenging to pump up horsepower without relying on cubic inches. They coveted an Eclipse. Longed for a Civic. Dodge SRT-4 is a blast to drive. It cannot compete with the acceleration prowess of the Subaru WRX or Mitsubishi Evo, but it costs a lot less. It'll shut down most other $20,000 cars. Plus, in the real world, it's easy to drive. The clutch releases easily and takeoffs can be smooth. The front tires dig for grip and the car scoots to redline quickly (torque steer can be a demon, so pay attention).
2 Fast 2 Furious film movie trailer review at The Z Review
It has been revealed that Universal forgot to tell John Singelton that they had changed the title of The Fast and The Furious 2 until everybody else knew. They also messed up in announcing the title before they had bought the domain name for the movie. It was picked up by a sponsor for the movie SteetGlow Neon who were hired to install Neon in the cars for the movie. Although without original director or star The Fast and the Furious is still revving it's engine at the pre-production start line. Paul Walker is returning and along with Tyrese is going undercover yet again to take down a major drug smuggler to be played by the recently signed Cole Hauser (Pitch Black). Also featuring will be Eva Mendes as another agent and model turning actress Devon Aoki will be making her debut as a street racer. In final negotiations is Sex and the City player James Remar to feature as a federal agent keeping tabs on the heroes. Directing all these pretty faces will be John Singleton and shooting starts in Miami this coming October. Rapper Ja Rule has dropped out of The Fast & The Furious 2. He will not reprise his role of racer Edwin. He has decided to concentrate on other projects instead, including a role in a remake of 80's French film Diva.
